FEATURED SPEAKERS AND EVENTS:
The theme of Spiritual Congress 2024 is “A Thousand Roads – Every Man’s Journey of Faith”. Every man is on a different road and at a different point in his faith journey. Our theme relates to Psalm 121 that tells us that God is with us, protecting and assisting as we experience and learn with each step. Some men move quickly, some slower. But all grow and are enriched by moving along the path.
Register for one day, two days, or all three. Featured speakers Saturday are Jeff Isaac, CEO of Pathway to Adventure Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Jim Boesch, a certified Facilitator, Coach, and Master Trainer for Lead Like Jesus Ministries.
JEFF ISAAC
As CEO, Jeff Isaac serves a Boy Scout Council with nearly 14,000 youth and nearly 6,000 adults. Headquartered in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, Pathway to Adventure operates four offices covering 1,600 square miles in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Jeff began his career with the Boy Scouts of America 35 years ago and has worked in five states. He has been the CEO of three different Councils since 2003. He is passionate about mentoring professionals and young adults to reach their fullest potential.
JIM BOESCH
Jim Boesch has a God called purpose of sharing Jesus Christ and Christian leadership principles in new and exciting training and equipping ways that benefit both clergy and laity disciples in local church communities. His expertise in leadership training includes certification as a Business Partner in Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Learning Evaluation Program, and certifications with Langevin “Train the Trainer” Learning Services Company as Master Trainer, Performance Coach/Consultant, and eLearning Specialist. He has a volunteer role as a Deployed Staff member of the General Commission of United Methodist Men.
